I REFER to the timely report on Wednesday, 'As research grants grow, watch out for fraud', highlighting the need to exercise due diligence to root out and prevent fraudulent research practices.
I APPLAUD the Land Transport Authority for its efforts to achieve a seamless transport system for commuters. Sadly, many elderly or disabled people may not share my views, as I have observed.
